A long Legacy of Faith, Trucks & Family.

With little to go on except Faith and skill, Johnny & Michel Powers started their dream of business ownership on January 1, 1988, when Johnny opened his own diesel repair shop in Seminole, TX. Having moved his family there in 1984 to work for a former football coach as a mechanic for oilfield trucks, Johnny’s knowledge and skills as a diesel mechanic had built him a reputation and demand to open his own shop. A few years later in 1994 Johnny started selling used trucks and trailers and the business evolved into what it is today.

For over 32 years Johnny & Michel poured into the community of Seminole, serving as youth pastors, family pastors, serving on city councils and boards, and coaching countless little league teams for their 4 Children. Over the years all 4 children, son-in-laws and a few of their grandchildren have worked for them, and with them to build a prosperous and giving business to serve people well, and give them best products and service available to their town. In 2020 Johnny sold his repair center, shifted the business focus to solely Truck & Trailer sales. Their sons Casey & Roy both continue  to work in the truck service industry, while their daughters Kelly and Lindsey and their spouses continue to work with their parents in the Truck Sales industry.

Jamie Cooper is the son-in-law to Johnny & Michel Powers and married to their youngest daughter Lindsey Cooper. Jamie has been with the family company since 2016. Jamie and Lindsey both grew up in Seminole, but dated and married later in college. Jamie has a life long love of Golf, and was a golf pro for Tulsa country club, in the early years of their marriage. Their desire to start their own family, brought them back to Seminole to be around the love and support of their hometown and family roots. Jamie has worked in the oilfield and agricultural industries over the years, until open doors brought him into the Powers’ family business. The truck sales industry quickly agreed with Jamie, and he has been running the day to day operations as the sales manager for the last 5 years. Jamie and Lindsey are looking forward to their move to Graham, bringing their children Kya, age 12 and Briggs, age 8 with them. Lindsey is leaving behind her hair salon and clientele of 15 years. They are looking forward to new adventures, new business, and establishing new roots together as a family.

Kelly Crawford, is the oldest daughter of Johnny & Michel Powers, and has worked in the family business as the administrator and financial officer since 2002. She is married to her high school sweetheart Jayme Crawford, who is currently employed by Birdsong Peanuts as a plant manger. They have 2 children, Brody age 20, who is a college student in Lubbock Tx, and Kanyon, age 16 who is a Sophmore at Graham High School. Kelly and Jayme have had many business together over the years, while she coincides her work for her parents. They love real estate, and buying and flipping homes in their spare time. They are looking forward to settling in Graham and making it their home.
